Sarah, along with 9 other Northwest students, joined our e3 team in Athens, Greece, in January, serving in Medical/Eyeglass clinics, park and homeless ministry, and women's ministry. While the whole team was excellent, Sarah stood out to us as exceptional.  Whatever she was tasked with, she did with excellence and joy.  She was quick to engage with patients and showed loving care and compassion to everyone we ministered to. Sarah displayed great leadership qualities and carries herself with grace and confidence. She was an encouragement to the team, to the nationals, and to the e3 leadership. 

When she saw the floor needing sweeping, she swept the floor. Whatever she saw that needed to be done, she just did it with a smile. This was particularly noticed by our national leaders and the patients. 

Sarah will be an excellent nurse.
