My husband has spent the past week in 5 North. Although we are pleased with his care, there is one particular nurse who was extremely exceptional, Marilena Russo. Her personality alone put my husband at ease. My husband never really had to call for her because she was always checking in on him. 

She was in constant contact with the vascular team about any concerns. There was never a time that she was not available when he had a problem. She is very good at what she does, and I noticed her running around giving her other patients just as much attention. 

It is important for you to be notified when one of your nurses is doing an outstanding job. Marilena is definitely one of them. We were blessed to have her, and she is an absolute asset to your hospital.
