Jared is always the first nurse out into the lobby whenever a patient falls or is injured. Most of the patients throughout the Cancer Clinic can name Jared because he introduces himself and gets to know them, even if he does not care for them directly. He brings a smile to everyone's face and can turn anyone's bad day around. He recognizes that his job is not just in the doctor's office; it is the Cancer Clinic as a whole. He never turns away a patient in need.
