I appreciate the fact, that Nurse Dawn F. Lee still had the Triage Area open. She could have been closed or turned me away because it was that time. However, she listened and still pointed me in the right direction about my labs. Thanks to her, I didn't have to wait in a long line at another Urgent Care facility unless I really needed to. She was friendly and patient and took care of me. Thank you to her for that process. I have to say it's even in the small actions that turn out to be so huge for the patient, like going beyond the call of duty. Thank you all so much!
