Michele truly cared about my sister. She didn't just do her work; she also built a personal relationship with the patient and fostered an environment of trust and ease. She collaborated so well with us, the patient's family, ensuring we remained updated and understood my sister's condition throughout the process. She conveyed a great balance of humor and reassurance, which couldn't have worked better for the patient. I couldn't have imagined a better experience (as far as hospital experiences go), and that is greatly due to the care Michele exhibited.

Michele helped make light of a dark situation for our family. Her nursing skills were efficient and brought physical relief to my sister, but the biggest impact she made was the care she gave to us socially and emotionally. She connected with my sister and became a friend to her. She exemplified a caregiver who truly felt empathy for my sister's situation while providing care to her in all shapes and forms.
