Oh my, I hope my words are adequate to convey the professionalism and respect that Jennifer showed me during my recent stay on 4W. I had anticipated a stay here and packed a bag with things I might need. I left the bag in my truck, oops. Jenny graciously volunteered to brave the dark, cold evening to get that bag for me.

Because of Jennifer’s integrity, I had complete trust in her to gladly perform this task. Her shift was over, and after spending 12 hours at work, she must have been tired and wanting to go home to rest. Jennifer showed advocacy by going to extra mile for my comfort, needs, and helping my mission, which is to get and stay healthy. I truly felt respected and valued. Jennifer has a very positive attitude and a great sense of humor.
