Devon has gone above and beyond serving our family in the NICU. She has taken care of our son with precision and love. Specifically, she stayed in the room with our son all night on his first night after surgery, with him being her only patient.

Devon never hesitates to do the things that are not so fun, like changing the Replogle line. She has taken a significant interest in our little girl and constantly asks about her and our well-being. She fought for us when we didn’t ask her to and got a one-time visit between our two-year-old and newborn.

Devon has been our primary nurse for over 100 days, and we slept easier on the nights she had him. We’re thankful now that Devon is on first. We get to see her shine in her role. Devon is always willing to learn, ask difficult questions, and participate in our son’s daily routines. She always makes people’s day a little bit better. She has made our 100-plus day stay in the NICU easier.
