I’m writing on behalf of my dad to share our experience with Michelle. She is an amazing, positive, warm, and friendly lady. During my stay in the hospital, nothing has been too much trouble for her. She has always kept me informed about what was happening, even when I had to ask for the same information multiple times.

Michelle has gone above and beyond to support not only me but also my family. My wife is also very poorly and was on Fleming, and Michelle took the time to check on her as well. My daughter was struggling to cope with both my and my wife's illnesses before Christmas, and Michelle took the time to talk her through it, offering comfort with her magic smile.

She is an excellent member of staff, and it’s a shame that Edwards 2 will lose her as she moves up to theatres. If we could give her the world, we would.
