As a first-time parent, I felt completely unprepared, but Caitlin patiently and thoroughly explained all my options at every stage, providing clarity and reassurance amidst uncertainty. Her cheerful demeanor and genuine compassion were truly uplifting. Her commitment to her profession and her evident care for her patients were inspiring. Caitlin's prompt assistance with my needs, combined with her thoughtful gesture of visiting my family in recovery to offer well wishes, solidified my belief that she embodies the highest standards of nursing excellence.
