I am writing this letter to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion Jayden provided during my stay at Mercy West. I was admitted due to a fib, COPD exacerbated by pneumonia. I will say that all the staff and nurses were great, and if I knew all their names, I would’ve written letters for them; however, there was one who stood out, and that was Jayden Roberts. Jayden, your dedication and positive attitude made a significant difference in my recovery and my attitude about my illness and how to cope with it. I particularly appreciate your calm demeanor during my difficult times of dealing with COPD, asthma, a fib, and pneumonia. You were always there to answer my questions and address my concerns. Thank you for being such a wonderful nurse. Your hard work and commitment to patients’ well-being are truly appreciated. You left a forever imprint on my heart. Again, thank you for being an exceptional nurse, as I’m sure you have touched other patients with that same warm and fuzzy feeling that lasts long after we leave the hospital.
