As a person with multiple chronic illnesses, I have encountered many, many nurses in my life. But Ana was one of the best nurses I have ever had (and again, I encountered a lot of them.) Her presence lit up the room the first time she walked into my room. I was in the hospital with sepsis, feeling depressed and defeated. Also, dealing with cyberbullying, it was a really hard time. She was so kind, caring, and compassionate, she did an amazing job explaining everything she was doing as she was doing it, as well as explaining every medication and things like what they were, what they did, and possible side effects. She put 100% into everything she did while on shift, and she also had an amazing bedside manner. Overall, she is a nurse I will never forget. Ana is a true DAISY Nurse. Thank you, Ana!
