Paul has saved the day on more than one hospital stay. He was the only VAT member able to always find a vein which is a very difficult task given how small my veins are not only due to physiology, but exacerbated by Chronic Kidney Disease.

Though he didn't have to, Paul took time from his extremely busy schedule to ensure a midline he placed in the emergency room three days prior was not infiltrated. He was able to replace it with another IV to ensure fluids and medications could be delivered. In addition, he provided my nurses direct access for my blood to be drawn twice a day which my veins and I were very thankful for. Paul always goes above and beyond, and never misses!
