My whole stay with her was over-the-top amazing.
First, this was my first stay at this hospital, I was going through something very scary, and Fallon was my nurse, she made me feel as comfortable as possible, and it made me feel safe and that I was being taken care of properly. My whole stay with her was over-the-top amazing. She listened when I asked double questions and was nervous. She explained everything to me and was just so caring and passionate.
I would not mind ever coming back if Fallon were my nurse again, I would personally ask for her. I had some moments which were very scary, and I was declining quickly, but in the moments, she kept it professional and caring and it made me feel safe.
***
I came in to get a blood transfusion and was terrified. She came in and jumped into mommy mode and made me feel as comfortable as possible. She answered all of my questions and was very informative. She broke everything down to terms I was able to understand, and not all medical terms. She calmed my nerves and gave me the education I needed. Fallon did not talk to me as a nurse, she was more of a friend. Keep saving lives and smiling.

Fallon is an exceptional nurse. She is very professional. You can tell she loves and enjoys her job. For example, I got upset about being in a limbo regarding gallbladder surgery. She came right in and calmed me down. After I finally had surgery, she was on top of everything. She is "Medical Excellence" at its best! Hats off to Fallon!

Fallon is the most caring person, and I am so happy to have had her as my caregiver. Thank you so much for everything.

I was hospitalized for 3-4 days; Fallon was my nurse. When I got to the hospital, I was scared and on oxygen., I was diagnosed with double pneumonia and my heart was racing badly. As soon as Fallon came and introduced herself as my nurse, I felt comforted, instantly. There was a time during my stay that for some reason, my heart rate shot up so high I started to get scared. Fallon came instantly and helped me calm down and get it back down so something more serious didn't happen.
After this, I knew I had the most caring, compassionate nurse. She wasn't here just to get paid, but to help and calm, talk and support her patients. She talks to patients like they are people and not just a virus or sickness. This visit will make me feel comfortable with her and want to come back if she is here.
In moments like that, you get scared of the unknown, and I can say, she really is a miracle for helping me. I cannot even express in this how much my family and I are grateful for her. If I could give her a 5-star rating, I would. Thank you, Fallon, for saving my life!
