Within her role as a Senior Nurse Educator, Zeina has exemplified what it is to be a compassionate and empathetic educator. 

Zeina has been able to collect, identify, and implement meaningful change in relation to improved patient outcomes and reinforced this change through supportive education and role modeling EBP behaviours. 

During Zeina’s clinical visits, she remains with new nurses, offering direct patient care, whilst guiding and supporting junior nurses' care for extremely preterm babies.  

We are extremely proud of Zeina for advocating for our most vulnerable patients, whilst ensuring safe practice within a supportive learning environment.
