It is hard to put into words the gratitude I have for Jasmine. She was assigned to the labor and delivery of a particularly complex patient. Their unit is not accustomed to handling such cases, but her exceptional care and professionalism made it seem as though it were routine. You would have never known by the way Jasmine handled herself and the patient. The call light was pushed back to back, and yet Jasmine would come running with a smile on her face to get the patient whatever was needed/wanted and would just sit and listen to the patient talk for hours. During the labor, Jasmine was so caring and encouraging. I really wish there had been cameras to capture the level of care that was provided. The care and attention given to this mother in labor was such a blessing, just as Jasmine was to us.

Jasmine was very attentive and caring, and she gained the trust of the patient during this process. She would make sure the patient’s wants/needs or any questions she might have had were answered without any wait, no matter how frequently or out of the norm it was. Jasmine was always patient and kind, and she never once made our patient feel uncared for or unheard.
