I had a total right hip replacement on 23 January 2025, and I would like to thank Dhita Snowden-White. From the time she stepped into my room to the start of the pre-op procedures, she was professional, warm, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Dhita was warm, kind, gentle, and put my wife and me at ease. She has a great personality and made me feel at home. She carried on conversations and made me feel like Fitz, not just another patient. It was as though we were long-time friends just catching up. There were no awkward pauses or dead air, it was a pleasant and easy conversation.

She took my mind off the surgery and made me feel I was just at the doctor’s office getting vitals and prepped before the doctor sees me. Nothing was done hurriedly. She took the time and let me know what she was doing next and why.

Even post-op, she was there to assist me even though I was not her assigned patient. She stepped up to the plate when needed and didn't even relay the message to my assigned nurse, but instead assisted me with whatever I needed at the time.
