I arrived at the birthing center on a Wednesday and left on a Tuesday. During that week's time, there was one nurse we had four out of the seven days I was there. She always came in with a friendly smile and asked how my day was going while giving me meds, providing me updates on my care, and taking my vitals. She helped me calm down when my blood pressure was spiking to dangerous levels, which meant I had to stay in the birthing center for an extra day due to my preeclampsia and high blood pressure after giving birth.

Campbell listened to me when I cried about feeling guilty for not being able to see my twin babies in the NICU as often as I would've liked, due to pain from my c-section. She even included me in her coffee pick-up order and got me a latte and a maple bar after I had cried in the morning. That act of kindness really made my day better. In fact, for the rest of the day, I passed my blood pressure readings and was able to go home the next day. She made a difficult time in my life easier with her warm smile, bright personality, and commitment to my care.
