Anna is committed to providing good care to my dad at every step of the process of providing medical treatment/care. She is great at connecting with us and showing us that she truly cares by attentive listening and follow-up questions. She makes sure Dad is comfortable during treatment and not in pain.

Anna is thorough in removing the old dressings, cleaning the wounds, assessing wound condition, and then considering the best treatment to render. She brings in consultation as she feels is needed. Anna remembers previous visits and thinks ahead. My dad had an indwelling catheter. Sometimes the bag becomes full during a well-care appointment. Anna takes the initiative to have a disposable container available when Dad has a wound care appointment. When Dad wasn’t sure he would make it to the restroom in time, Anna got us to the restroom and said she would return. She returned with underwear and wipes and checked back with us. Anna is meticulous about measuring the size of each wound on Dad’s feet at each visit and comparing the current size to previous measurements. I know she is aiming at the continuous improvement of Dad’s wounds.
