My mom had a twin brother. The family had lost track of where the twin brother was. When a friend took him to the hospital, he told her that he had a brother and did not know his name, but he always went to Hill Top in Lincolnton. She and the security reached out and found who his brother was and were able to get his family reunited before he was sent to Hospice without anyone knowing what happened to him. I am grateful that she cared and took the time to help.
