Lilis visited my husband through Penn Medicine at Home as he was recuperating from valve surgery. It was great to not have to go to the lab to get his INR checked when he was still feeling exhausted. Lilis had just the right combination of empathy, encouragement, cheerleading and confidence in her clinical experience. We really appreciated her visits.
