I want to thank my nurse at the Saudi German Hospital Ajman. Based on my observation, all the nurses here deserve this award due to their patience, tireless service, and commendable way of treating their patients. However, one stands out among the many. I immensely appreciate the kindness and accommodating character of Nurse Valsamma. When I had my endoscopy procedure, I was extremely anxious because I had a fear regarding OT settings and anesthesia due to my previous traumatic experience at another hospital. Sister Valsamma understood my concern and constantly monitored whether I was okay. She never left my side during the entire pre- and post-procedure and ensured I was comfortable throughout my stay in the procedure room. She was highly professional while performing all the procedures. The kindness and compassion she showed me were unparalleled. Knowing that we can receive such good care and service from a hospital during our visits is comforting.
