Vanessa is a great co-worker and a fantastic nurse. She is always willing to help, always smiling, extremely kind, resourceful, and has many other qualities. If you are unsure of something, she will educate you, guide you on the right path, and provide support. She is always coming up with new ways of trying to educate the staff on "wound care". If one way isn't working, then she will come up with a new idea. She always goes above and beyond. It is really pleasant working with her.

Vanessa took a very long time to explain to a patient her condition of her wounds and how to take care of them. She never batted an eye and only offered this patient comfort when she was visibly upset. She is always very willing to go above and beyond to teach staff, patients, and family how to care for their family members.
