Mary deserves a special shout-out not only for her conscientious, gentle care of our mother, but for the loving and compassionate way she handled my sister and me. We walked in to find our mom had been re-intubated (we missed the call, not ICU's fault) and fell apart. Mary was so kind, calm and soothing ....and patient! She answered every question, no matter how many times we asked, and monitored our emotional well-being while caring for our mom! To us, this exemplifies an exceptional nurse! Mary is a gift, and we will always remember her loving kindness, as well as her skill as an ICU nurse. Thank you, Mary!
