She worked hard with her leadership team and submission Director to submit our hospital for Magnet Status, a testament to her commitment to excellence. She has collaborated with educators to restructure the Professional Nursing Orientation and Nurse Residency classes, incorporating different teaching strategies to enhance learning.

This leader has restructured Shared Governance by realigning the different councils, making them more logical and productive. This realignment has significantly enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of our governance structure. She also played a pivotal role in restructuring the CBOs, ensuring they are concise and meet ANA standards.
Her leadership in spearheading the Electronic Competencies has been instrumental in modernizing our processes. Additionally, Jennifer streamlined the LMS education, reducing the number of bundles from 1000s to under 100; this reduction has made our education system more manageable and efficient.

This Nurse recently also achieved a green belt with Six Sigma and is actively involved in facilitating the Nurse Leadership program with our Retention Specialist. She serves on multiple interdisciplinary teams and committees, working tirelessly to improve processes, decrease mortality, and enhance patient outcomes. Her contributions span various areas, including restraints, wound care, professional development, CAUTI/CLABSI, Best Place to Learn, and Suicide Prevention.
