Renee listened to our concerns about our daughter, who is in a coma. There are a few examples of Renee going above and beyond. We had a concern about the eye drops being used for our daughter, as they were not as lubricating as an ointment that was used at a previous hospital. Renee asked us to call her during her night shift once we confirmed the brand and type of ointment our daughter previously used. Renee contacted the doctor and started using the ointment that night, and it continues to be used. She has fabulous bedside care and is concerned about our 19-year-old daughter’s well-being.
