He was very compassionate to all whom he came in contact with, and even took extra care of an elderly lady who didn’t have family to visit her. She couldn’t really feed herself, and he took time out of his day to make sure she was fed and stayed after his shift was over to make sure both of us in the room were taken care of and had our needs met before he left to go home. Always upbeat and friendly, with a very positive attitude, encouraging and supportive, and very enjoyable to be around. Made our day more pleasant under our circumstances of being at the hospital. Thanks for everything, Sage. I wrote this for my aunt.

He has helped me to view things differently in my situation. I had a car accident, and he pushed me in a nice way instead of being critical. He is a very compassionate man.

I fell and injured my back. While at NGHS, Sage was my nurse. He kept me and my elderly family safe while we were under the charge of his care. I’d like to recognize him for always making himself available in a prompt manner and demonstrating excellence in customer service. The world needs more nurses like Sage!

Sage was an awesome caretaker in all aspects. He was kind, attentive, prompt, and professional in responding to our needs. His competence was also evident! We are grateful to have had him as our day nurse throughout our stay! I have no doubt that he helped to expedite my recovery.

Sage is the best nurse in the whole world. He displays professionalism in all aspects of his care. While at NGHS, he ensured the pain from hip surgery was exceptionally well managed, communicated my care plan with my family, and always brought a smile to my face. Thanks for the laughter.
