The patient couldn’t have said enough about Rochelle’s kind and caring nature. She started by saying she was greeted with her beautiful smile. She and Rochelle talked the whole time while starting her IV. Rochelle’s smile meant a lot to her because you never know how a person feels when they come into the hospital, and she said that smile lifted her up! The patient went on to say Rochelle is so compassionate that she doesn’t show it, you just feel it, and that is why she wanted to nominate her for the DAISY Award.
