Sonia needs to be recognized for the amazing work that she does, connecting, listening, and advocating for patients in further staff.
Sonia has shown to be caring. I was just in the hospital for head surgery. The way she connected with me and kept me informed was amazing. She is a leader; she was able to communicate with her staff and set the plan for the patients during my stay. I observed Sonia rounding on the unit, connecting them with the staff, being able to really listen to them, and being able to support them with what they needed. The way she interacts with patients’ families and staff is such a weight of a great leader.
You can see how passionate she is about the work that she does every day to make a difference for us. As patients, it is really outstanding. I had choices to go to another hospital and get this surgery done, but knowing that Sonia was the leader of the unit where I was going to have my surgery it really is my anxiety, and I was confident that I will be in great hands, especially knowing the Sonia is the leader of the unit. I cannot thank Sonia for the amazing works she does as she leaves the ortho program as she retains the nurse nurses as I can see the staff enjoy what they do on a daily basis by you know, delivering their compassionate and amazing care to every patient every day.
Sonia needs to be recognized for the amazing work that she does, connecting, listening, and advocating for patients in further staff. Again, my experience and the ortho unit were beyond excellence. Leadership was really key to the success of my surgery as Sonia leads this unit. You can see that the patient will receive the excellent care that everyone needs. I would like to really highlight the air of a great leader that Sonia has. Again, she listens, she connects, and she’s passionate. She’s able to really engage and see what the needs are for that patient and the staff. I see that the way she connects with the patients, with the staff, and with other disciplines is really outstanding.
Finally, I would like to add that the staff really speak about how happy they are to work on a unit like the ortho unit and having Sonia, a leader who supports them, guides them, and really encourages them to do their best every day.
