It was a tricky road at best, but it was managed again by Brianna, who always kept the patient's best interest in mind. I trusted her with my medical care while I was an inpatient.
This woman is tops in my mind. She is compassionate and very competent in her nursing practices. Her abilities, decision-making, and patience are outstanding. In addition to her nursing, she brings special enjoyment and happiness to the patient. I had pneumonia and was very sick and could not breathe. She gave me treatments that really helped me. She is better than just a nurse. She is an angel.

I was fortunate enough to have Brianna as my primary nurse during my recent hospitalization. She consistently displayed and exemplified, in a truly outstanding manner, all the components listed in the Framework of Nursing at the Providence VAMC. The pleasant manner and the compassion she displayed for her patients and her fellow staff members were exceptional and lent to the smooth, professional, comfortable, and, most of all, successful operation of the Unit. Also, her decision-making was highly worthy of special note. She displayed the ability to analyze and determine an appropriate action plan involving the patient and conformed with hospital guidelines. It was a tricky road at best, but it was managed again by Brianna, who always kept the patient's best interest in mind. I trusted her with my medical care while I was an inpatient. Because of quality nurses such as Brianna Thompson, the Providence VAMC will continue to provide excellent care to Veterans admitted to this facility.
She took the time to work with me, listened to all my complaints, and resolved them. She made my stay here less stressful, made me feel important, and ensured that any medical questions I had were answered.
