I only had the pleasure of having Grace as my nurse for one night. She is so sweet and thoughtful. Although she was assigned to me for only that one night, I saw her on several occasions when I called for help and my regular nurse couldn't come. That's just how she is; she would jump in and help wherever she could. On one such occasion, I told her about dreading getting into bed because I had to be hooked up to the antibiotic at 3:00 PM, and I hated it because the nurse would leave the machine on the right side of the bed and hook it up across me, making it very uncomfortable to sleep as I felt like I couldn't move or the machine would go off. After we talked about it, she took the time to move the machine to the left side of the bed, so that when it was hooked into my left arm it didn't cross over me. She came two nights in a row to move that machine for me, and I know she has her own patients. That is the mark of a great nurse.
