Katherine Scott is very, very helpful in sharing her nursing knowledge and expertise. When she comes to check our unit, she is always willing to help our nurses by taking patients to CT, helping with baths, transfers, lab draws, IV placements, etc. She encourages us to apply for our clinical ladder and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. She is also very helpful to find resources when we need them., for example if we need a special equipment and just certain areas of the hospital have them, she goes above and beyond to help us find anything. She is always very empathetic with our nursing staff, patients, family members, and doctors. She has been an enormous role model for our hospital and exemplifies the true spirit of nursing with a commitment to excellence, compassion, and unwavering dedication. One of Katherine Scott's most remarkable qualities is her genuine care for both patients and staff. She is a Beacon of light in our nursing community.
