Ms. Rosilee Williams strives for excellence by providing excellent clinical care, connecting with them, and ensuring that they feel heard, valued, and supported during their visit to the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery clinic. One example of her impact was while recovering a patient. Ms. Williams noticed that the patient’s mother was on the phone and suddenly looked like she was in shock. Ms. Williams went to her assistance and found out the bad news: her father had been hospitalized and had just died. She comforted and stayed with the family until they were discharged. The following day and for the next several days, she called the family to follow up and check in with them to support their mental and physical health. Additionally, she mentors her colleagues, always willing to share her knowledge and expertise. Her positive attitude and unwavering support have uplifted her team and contribute to a more collaborative work environment.
