Knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring are just a few words that come to mind when my husband and I think of Shannon. We're elderly, and being hospitalized with a stroke was very frightening. Shannon took her time explaining what she was doing and talking about test results. Shannon lessened our fears. She also contacted the doctor immediately with any questions we had.
