She has been so diligent in my care and individual needs.  Olivia recognized what my sensitivities were and manipulated my care around that.
Olivia on PCU2 is amazing. She really advocated for me during shift change, letting the upcoming nurses know my individual needs as well as explaining to them what works best for me!

I have been here for over a week.  Ms. Olivia was my nurse for at least 4 of those days.  She has been so diligent in my care and individual needs.  Olivia recognized what my sensitivities were and manipulated my care around that.  (Example) When I was sick from my antibiotics, she gave them to me slower the next time and arranged my other medications to help me and it worked! Olivia was always attentive when I needed my medications.  She kept up on the medications for my fever to keep it at bay. I believe that Olivia is a huge part of my way to recovery, and always listened to my family and individualized my care plan to help me recover.

Olivia started at Mercy Medical Center in the summer of 2018 as a CNA.  While completing her nursing program at Fox Valley Technical College, she transitioned to a Nurse Intern role, which paved the way for her career as a Registered Nurse.  It’s hard to believe it’s been almost four years!  Time flies.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing with nurse educator focus.

Olivia is passionate about mentoring students and training new graduate nurses.  Seeing them develop their skills and grow into confident, capable nurses is incredibly rewarding.  Outside of work, Olivia and her husband are busy making their house a home.  She also enjoys reading and spending quality time with family and friends.

Thank you all for coming and celebrating Olivia!!
