Giovanna Russo showed professionalism and care above and beyond her role as a nurse. From the first moment of meeting her, I felt at ease and reassured that both my son and I were in safe hands. Gio's kind and calm approach instantly made a huge difference to my son’s care. 

She ensured that my son’s concerns were listened to and that he had a voice. This was particularly important when he had to have treatment that he feared. Gio took the time to explain every step and reassured him that he was safe. 

Her attention to detail and care for his physical and mental well-being have made all the difference in his recovery. I will always be grateful for her dedication, kindness, and empathy. 

As a parent, being at the hospital with your child can be a stressful and worrying time, but Gio's approach and genuine care made me feel supported. She also provided reassurance when I was feeling emotional, and that really helped me to be strong for my son.
