Everyone in the infusion unit is warm, friendly, and caring, and all of them are worthy of recognition. However, Rebecca Siosoco truly stood out due to her exceptional patience and awareness. When we first visited the infusion unit after receiving our schedule from the oncologist, we were completely unfamiliar with the process. Rebecca took the time to answer all of our questions attentively, her genuine willingness to help evident in every interaction.

What really set Rebecca apart was the way she anticipated my mother's needs. When my mother felt cold during a session, Rebecca immediately got a blanket without me having to ask. Additionally, as my mother needed to use the restroom multiple times during a session, Rebecca made sure to be there, especially when I was struggling with the infusion holder. Her empathy and proactive care made all the difference in a challenging time. Rebecca's small but significant acts of kindness and awareness truly made a lasting impact, and I am deeply grateful for her.
