My Mom is responsive and awake in the ICU. She has been here for almost one month with one week rest since we were able to go home, but she always requests to compliment nurse Matthew Sebastian as he exudes warmth and empathy, including patience and a soft tone whenever he is talking to my mom. He is gentle and, as per my mom, he takes care of her like his own Mother. Although all nurses extend warm service, I experienced Matt's respectful way of talking to us and patience as he answered all questions.
