Ashley took time out of her busy day to go to the store and pick up an outfit for a patient who was less fortunate so they would have clothes to go home in. After buying the patient clothes, she came back to the unit and sat with the patient awaiting discharge because the patient was getting anxious and trying to walk around the unit. This has not been the first time she has done this. She is a prime example of compassion and exceptional service. She is an amazing leader and coworker.
