Melanie is so proactive that I was never in a position where I needed to call or reach out to her, as she already had addressed or taken care of it. After 4 days, I really wanted a shower. Melanie said No problem, we will do what we need to do to get your arm bagged up. In the past, others would suggest using bathing cloths. Melanie always makes you feel that you are all that matters; no matter what else, she never lets you feel overwhelmed.
