I am writing this email to let you know how absolutely amazing Hannah is. She has helped to take care of my son the two times that we have been in the ED. As you know, he has Down Syndrome and Autism and is now 20 years old.

He is very challenging to care for. She met us outside and helped to get him into the wheelchair. She managed to get a set of vitals on him, which is near impossible. She assisted us to get to the right resources to get everything done at once. 

She was the one to get the blood drawn both times that we were here. She is truly our guardian angel. I just wanted you to know the she has gone above and beyond and made our ED visits seamless and so much less stressful than they could have been. 

She is a breath of fresh air and has this infectious energy that my son loves. She is beyond talented and such a gift to my family. I appreciate all of your staff so much, but Hannah has a gift working with the special needs population. 

We are eternally grateful for her extra care, patience, and compassion. Her nursing skills are also incredible. Hannah is one in a million and I want her to know that what she has done and continues to do for our family doesn't go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated! There are no words to describe how much we appreciate her.
