Matt is a joy to work with, and there is a lot to say about him. He is always patient-centered, keeps a positive attitude, and is always reliable and helpful when needed. Matt doesn't stay behind the desk in the nurse's station all day. He will come out and help the mental health techs without asking him to. He is awesome at running to different code situations. He has a calm personality and never overreacts, even during chaotic situations. He talks to the patients in a calm tone when they are upset or non-compliant. Matt is a great nurse.
