I have had two hospital stays with Ricky as my nurse. Once for having my 3rd child in April 2024 and also now (May 2024) as I am here for abdominal pain. Ricky is so thorough in her care and makes me feel like I have another mom taking care of me. She made me feel so at ease when I had my baby, and I almost felt emotional when she walked into my room after being admitted this time around. I instantly knew I would be taken care of with the same care and attention to detail. She doesn't let things slip and always leaves my room with a smile. Anything I needed, she was on it, and I never felt like a burden. She genuinely cares about her patients and their recovery. I feel grateful to Sumner Regional for having nurses of this caliber on staff.
