Ms. Jezza is an excellent supervisor we have in Jowhara; she displays a positive attitude and helps co-workers in the day-to-day activities. The peace we have when she is the supervisor is exceptional. Bumps on duty are there, but she manages to solve it nicely. We have had incidents before, and Jezza stood up for the nursing staff during the shift and ensured the smooth and efficient running of the unit. She solved our problems in a calm and professional manner. She always has a good smile amidst busy situations. She knows how to lighten the situation, and we feel at ease when she is on duty. I would like to nominate Jezza, MJOW duty manager on the night shift. Though she is not a duty manager by position, she demonstrates good leadership skills not only by commanding things to be done but also by helping each staff/department’s needs. She is accessible, available and responsive whenever we need her help, she is available, whether to relive NICU whenever NICU staff got busy or in the ward she helps the team. She ensures that all the concerns are heard and escalates when needed. She is a role model to the leadership team, especially on the night shift when the heads are in their house, and ensures that the hospital has a smooth workflow. She has excellent communication skills with the team and displays good teamwork among the team.  She respects us and is very knowledgeable about her work.
