I am writing to thank RN Karly Webb for taking such great care of my grandmother during her two-month admission at UC Davis Hospital. Karly showed such great empathy towards my grandmother and treated her like family and not a patient. She always communicated in a timely manner when my sister or I messaged to get daily updates during her shift or when we were concerned about her health. She was always very considerate of our requests, and she advocated for my grandmother as if she were a family member of my loved one. It takes a special person to be a nurse, and Karly is one of those special persons for me and my family. Having Karly as my grandmother's RN made all the difference. My family and I will forever be grateful and remember her excellent care and kindness. Thank you, Karly, for what you do each and every day. Thank you for being there for your patients when they are at their worst when they are hurting and sick. Thank you for choosing to care and willing to help. Grandmother always remembers you and prays for you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
