I brought my child to the ER with a breathing problem. Miss Christel immediately assisted my child and me into the room. I did not expect the quick response coming from her putting my child on oxygen, which he badly needed and made him comfortable. She reassured us that everything would be fine. My child was taken care of well by the pediatrician and, of course, by the amazing staff, Miss Christel, who was there all the time until we got discharged. The professionalism she showed and being compassionate with my child made a great impact. I appreciate her for being so nice and amazing. She did a great job, indeed. Keep it up, Miss Christel.
