Her passion for nursing shines through in everything she does. She exemplifies the essence of nursing and deserves to be recognized for her incredible impact on her patients' lives.
I would like to nominate Mollie for the DAISY Award for her exceptional care during my stay at the hospital. From the moment we walked in to welcome our first baby, Mollie was the first person to greet us, instantly making us feel at ease with her warm and joyful personality.
Over the course of three days, Mollie provided outstanding support and care, always anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. She went above and beyond, ensuring that both my baby and I received the attention and care we needed around the clock. One of the most memorable moments was when she took the time to care for my baby during his assessments, allowing me to finally get some much-needed rest.
Mollie's dedication to teaching me throughout my stay left me feeling confident and prepared as a new mother. Her passion for nursing shines through in everything she does. I truly hope that when I have my next child, Mollie will be my nurse again. She exemplifies the essence of nursing and deserves to be recognized for her incredible impact on her patients' lives.

Mollie is an absolutely amazing nurse. She helped create such a wonderful experience during the birth of our second child. From the moment she walked in my room before my c-section, she was chatting and making jokes to keep me calm. After my c-section, I passed a large blood clot, and it felt like everyone ran into my room at the same time. She stayed right next to me, keeping me calm. She said, “I’m not scared, so you shouldn’t be either.” She kept talking to me to keep my mind off of the anxiety. The next night, she came to visit me and helped me take a walk and get changed when I wasn’t even her patient. She’s the most amazing nurse I’ve ever had. We even took a picture of her with our new baby. My husband and I still talk about how awesome she was and will forever be thankful for her care in helping bring our second baby into the world!

When my granddaughter was born, she was my daughter's favorite nurse in Mother Baby! She made her feel like she was her only patient! (And we knew she wasn’t, but you would never have guessed by the way she spent time with her.) She sat by her on the bed to help her learn how to express her milk and collect it, and cheered her on when she was trying to breastfeed. She was very compassionate In everything she did for my daughter and granddaughter. On our 2nd night stay, my daughter was thrilled to know that Mollie would be her nurse again because she knew she and her baby would be WELL cared for! Thank you, Mollie, for being such a great example of a wonderful nurse at OHRH!

Mollie was the first nurse I had in the mother baby unit, and by far my favorite nurse while I was admitted to the hospital!! I was in a lot of pain after I had delivered my baby, and she sat with me, talked to me, and did breathing exercises with me to help get my mind off it. She was always extremely nice and never took too long to get to me when I hit the call light. She was AMAZING with my baby, and she offered to watch and feed my baby so I could sleep for a little while. No matter what time it was during her shift, she never hesitated to listen/talk to me when I needed someone. I’m so extremely thankful to have had Mollie as my first nurse! You can tell just by looking at her that she loves what she does!!

We had a lot of amazing nurses during our time on the Labor & Delivery and Mother Baby units, as well as the NICU team. One of our nurses really stood out to me, and that was Nurse Mollie. She was super sweet and bubbly. She had a great attitude and personality. We felt like we were her only patients. She really enjoyed her job and took great care of us! We were lucky enough to have her as our nurse twice during our postpartum stay, she gave my baby her first bath, and then discharged us the next day. My baby is 3 months old now, and I still think about nurse Mollie and the awesome care we received!
