Courtney Roberts is an exceptional nurse and co-worker. I have been blessed to work with her on 7B for about a year and a half. She is a compassionate, caring, and funny caregiver. Her care is exemplified through many different avenues, whether it be her kindness towards her patients or her funny personality, making working with her fun for the patient and team members. One thing that always stands out the most to me has been the repeated family members who come to our ward looking for her when their loved ones are admitted. Courtney previously worked on 4S before she came to 7B. She has multiple patients and their families requesting her to provide their care when they are on 7B. She ensures her patients receive the care they need and deserve, even if they are not on her assignment. She consistently checks in with the family members to ensure they are receiving the care and information they need. She always advocates for the best care for her patients and their families. Courtney is always more than willing to help with anything you ask. Working side by side with Courtney has never been stressful or overwhelming. Regardless of the workload or the interesting/difficult situations we have been assigned to, we take them on together. She is fully committed to providing the best care possible for her patients. Courtney's work ethic is exemplary. Courtney is one of the best nurses I have worked with in my 20 years of working in health care.
