Haley came into my room with a smile on her face and a warm heart. She is an exceptionally nice, sweet person, and she always has positive things to say. I know and understand how hard nursing can be because I have been in nursing myself for 20-plus years, and some days can be very difficult, but she is always positive and always smiling. She took exceptional care of my mom also.

My little girl was admitted to the pediatric unit. Haley went above and beyond to calm my nerves and took the absolute best care of my little girl during our stay. My daughter had to have an IV started, and Haley and another nurse were able to get it done in one try and were very interactive with her. We have never forgotten her kindness, and we are super grateful to her.

My daughter was admitted to the hospital. She is only 6 years old and was scared and terrified. Haley was our dayshift nurse and made sure my daughter was taken care of. Haley also made her feel so comfortable. My daughter absolutely loved Haley. Even though she was sick with five different illnesses, she always said Haley made her experience ten times better.
