During my daily exercise routine at the Renker Wellness Center, I had a cardiac arrest and was already dead and turning blue when I hit the ground. Sonia began CPR within 13 seconds after I collapsed, and she and her team saved my life. Two cardiologists commented that Sonia performed CPR at the highest level. My primary care doctor suggested they will have to upgrade the CPR textbook.

My personal opinion after many conversations with the EH medical staff is that I would not be here if Sonia and her team’s performance was not at the highest professional level.
