Nathan S. was my dad’s nurse today for about a period of almost 7 hours. My dad was in severe pain and does not like to be at the hospital ever. Dad is awaiting back and neck surgery. Nathan was the best gift today as he joked with Dad, tried everything he could to make him comfortable, and was very attentive and patient to all of our questions and needs. That is no small feat when my dad is in pain. We were there for quite an extended time, and they tried multiple things. Throughout the whole time, and they were very busy in the emergency room, Nathan was terrific. My dad told him he wished he could talk to his boss because he hoped that the hospital would realize what a good person they have working for them. While we thanked him and the doctor as well, we thought you should know what a terrific job Nathan did today and how much we truly appreciate him!
